Thank you to everyone who attended the mission to honor Lt. Justin Sisson.
Everyone did an outstanding job. We thank all Patriot Guard members for your continued commitment
and dedication to stand guard for our Fallen Heroes. We also thank the citizens and members of all law enforcement
agencies who gave Justin a Hero's welcome-home escort and final sendoff. Lt. Sisson's family and friends, and all his fellow soldiers both stateside and in Afghanistan extend their appreciation and thanks to everyone who were present, as well as to those who could not participate but offered their prayers. US Army 2nd Lt. Justin L. Sisson died 03 June 2013 of wounds suffered when his unit was attacked by a suicide
vehicle-borne improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment,
4th Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Justin's family has invited the Patriot Guard to escort Justin home and support his funeral service. The Patriot Guard extends sincere sympathy to Lt. Sisson's family, friends, and fellow soldiers. |
