I was an attendee at the SPC David J. Lane's funeral, on Sept. 13th.
While I had only met David on two occasions I am a good friend to his
sister. I know from talking to her that he loved to served and died
fighting for what he believed in. I also know that he was disappointed
that some in America did not support what he is doing. From what I saw
today I know he would have been honored. I have not had a chance to
talk to the Lanes since the funeral but from what I know of them you
provided great comfort today. For all you have done for a fallen hero
I thank you, and will keep you and your honorable group in my Prayers.
