Officer Robert "Tim"
Buckman was critically injured last Friday, May 4, when his
patrol car was struck by a tornado on Highway 50 in Stafford
County. He died of his injuries at Via Christi Hospital on
Tuesday, May 8. Tim Buckman was working as a storm spotter
